An outdoor kitchen in Fort Myers is a permitted build, not a patio upgrade. Lee County requires permits for the gas line, the electrical, the plumbing for a sink, and any covered or enclosed structure, and several of those are separate permits. We hold the Florida CBC 1261775 license and the gas endorsement to pull them, and we handle the applications, the pressure test, and the inspections. That matters here specifically, because an unpermitted outdoor kitchen can stall a Fort Myers home sale or get denied on an insurance claim after a storm.
Built for the Ian rebuild and the older Fort Myers lot
